Roles

Work 3 12 hour shifts a week with flexible scheduling on a 2 man crew with PTO, NJ sick time, and opportunities for overtime.

Work 2 12 hour shifts a week with flexible scheduling on a 2 man crew with PTO, NJ sick time, and opportunities for overtime over 40 hours.

Work 12 hours shift on the ambulance as much as you want with flexible scheduling, overtime pay over 40 hours and NJ sick time.

Work on a 2 or 3 man crew depending on experience. Shift length is flexible but 12 hours is preferred.

We don’t just want EMT’s for MHRS, non-emt volunteers are necessary to help with community outreach, helping us be present at local events without disturbing EMS coverage.
What Do we Offer?

MHRS offers competitive pay with a pay scale based off of years of service and certifications.

MHRS is happy to offer training at no charge to all of our members. Training can either be held by us or by any other school or academy.

MHRS offers full-time and part-time employees PTO yearly and both FT and Per-Diem employees receive NJ sick time.

Uniforms are provided by MHRS at no cost to the member.
Requirements
Requirements For Paid Staff and Preferred For Volunteers:
Current NJ/PA/NREMT
Current AHA BLS CPR
High School Diploma/GED or Greater
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
ICS 100 & 200
At least 19 yrs of age
Preferred For Paid Staff & Volunteers:
ICS 700 & 800
PHTLS
Bloodborne Pathogens
